Problem

A written proposal for small business owners converts poorly — they can't picture the result. The fix is simple: build a working concept first and let it speak for itself.

Approach

  • 01Each concept is a real Next.js app, not a static mockup — deployed to Vercel under its own preview URL.
  • 02Industry-aware copy and structure: a stand-up comedian needs tour dates and a reel; a gaming club needs hourly rates and a booking flow; a boutique store needs a product grid and pickup hours.
  • 03End-to-end build cycle in 1–3 days: research the business, draft the structure, build, iterate, deploy.

Outcome

Three concepts in flight: a boutique, a gaming club, a stand-up comedian. Each sent to a prospective client; pipeline open.
